On Tuesday we went to Quary Beach. There was sand and water which made me happy. They had inflatable opsticles for the boys to play on which kept them busy. Reuben and Evan rented kyaks and went fishing. Then we had dinner at a very nice Italian restaurant. To wrap up the evening we walked out to the end of the pier.

Ron Davis therapy
This week Logan has been going to Dyslexia Ohio for therapy. Loraine uses the Ron Davis approach for teaching kids with dyslexia. He has gone every day for six hours. Three hours before lunch and three hours after lunch.
At lunch time we would run over to the park to eat and let Logan burn off some energy.
It has been incredible to see Logan's progress. Monday through Wednesday was the introduction and training for Logan. Thursday and Friday was a continuation of that learning and coaching me how to continue the therapy at home.
He has learned the warm up and brain exercises. Reading activities with Spell Reading, Sweep-Sweep-Read , and comprehension with visualizing. Word Mastery is the last activity which includes; making a model of the word meaning, spelling and defining the word.
I look forward to continuing his progress at home. Our goal is going to be two words a day this next week.

Frog Legs
Evan discovered that he could easily catch frogs in the pond near our house. On Tuesday he caught 3 frogs. He put them in a bait bucket with a lid. The frogs were able to jump up and pop the lid off. All three frogs got loose. So on Wednesday he went back out to catch more frogs. This time I went with him. After he put the frogs in the bucket we put a large rock on top of the lid. Evan caught 6 frogs.

Ward night at camp.
Bishop McMahan came to camp with his daughter Hailey. Sister McMahan had planned fun activities for the girls. But she had to stay home with a sick kid. So the bishop brought Hailey. We played some minute to win it games, a relay race scripture style and the bishop gave a spiritual thought.
The bishop talked about chriist's divine role as well as the girls divine role. We read The Living Christ. He asked the girls to read it again on their own time and look for the young women values imbedded in the testimony of the prophets.
I have been thinking about my own devine role. I feel so blessed to be a wife and mother. I know that my father in heaven knows me even better then I know myself. I'm so thankful for a loving husband who tells me every day that he loves me and that I'm beautiful. I'm greatful for two sweet boys that are loving and caring. Evan is so tender hearted and Logan is creative and inquizative about the world around him. I feel honored to be their mother.
Happy Feet at Camp
Wednesday night was ward night, so Debbie was coming up to visit her ward. My sweet husband was concerned for me. Reuben collected my two boots and took them to Debbie for her to bring to me.

Happy Independence Day!
We always go to memaw and papa's house on July 3rd to watch fireworks. This year it was cool and a little drizzly. We got there early so the boys could play. Debbie had kept the boxes her new chairs came in. The boys made a fort that they laid in to watch the fireworks.
